Funny Face: Audrey Hepburn at the Beatnik Bistro
I love Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face, it's one of my favorite films, the whole movie is filled with lovely, simple, silly dances. Her dance in the Beatnik Bistro is adorable.
Most Handsome Men of the 50's
Gregory Peck Dean Martin William Holden Montgomery Clift Paul Newman
There were a lot of men that were very handsome in the 50's, but these are my favorite 5(In no specific order) Gregory Peck is tied with Dean Martin for my number 1. :) They just had so much charm and style back then!

LBD
I just got done making my very first piece of clothing, it's just a simple black dress made out of swiss dotted fabric. Took me 15 hours, I love sewing! I'm just a beginner right now, but I really want to improve my skills and become a great seamstress and also be very talented at tailoring. I'm going to have to get better if I want to be a costume designer!
Edith Piaf: An Inspiration to All
Edith Piaf was a French singer, and is known as the best singer of France. I've always loved her music, and I just watched the film "La vie en Rose" a couple days ago, and it just reminded me of what a hard life she had. Marion Cotillard did an amazing job bringing her to life in the movie, and she's the only actress that was capable of that. I love this video of Edith singing "Milord", she was very ill in this video, and it really shows her passion for music, she sang her whole heart and soul out until the very end.

Fifth Avenue, 5 A.M
"Crammed with irresistible tidbits...as well-tailored as the kind of little black dress that “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” made famous." – New York Times
I was at Border's the other day buying a book, and I started talking to an older lady about Audrey Hepburn, (I love talking to old people, don't ask, they're just adorable) and she told me about this book. I flipped through some pages of it and it looks really good. Breakfast at Tiffany's is one of my favorite AH movies, (Roman Holiday is my all time favorite) Apparently, this book is the first-ever complete description of the making of the movie as a book, so I bet it will be amazing. What books do you love?

Dream Car
Dream cars! I love them and I wish they still made them, cars just have no more character these days, it drives me crazy! I think they should start remaking them again, but just make them safer and workable.
The Edge of Love
Style Inspiration: I've always loved the 40's fashion, it's my absolutely favorite era. I thought this movie did a wonderful job displaying it, and I loved the different pops of color they brought into it. I love their hair also! I wish I had the guts to cut my hair off and style it like the actresses. My favorite 40's actress is Rita Hayworth, I love her hair!
The Edge of Love is my new movie I've been obsessing over. It is kind of hard for me to explain so here is the description from Imdb: "Two feisty, free-spirited women are connected by the brilliant, charismatic poet who loves them both. The passion and pathos of legendary poet Dylan Thomas is told through the lives of two extraordinary women. Vera Phillips and Dylan were teenage loves; fast forward ten years and the two reconnect in London. She's working as a singer whilst he's churning out scripts for government propaganda films and living off the last in a long line of infatuated women. The two former lovers feel the thunderbolt once more, but Thomas is now married to the adventurous Caitlin. Despite their love-rival status, the women form a surprising friendship. Caitlin indulges in her own infidelities, and recognises a similar adventurous spirit in her husband. But she knows his connection with Vera is something different, not to mention dangerous. Romantic turmoil continues in Vera's life. She marries her devoted admirer William Killick, but she can't deny the chemistry between herself and Dylan, nor does she want to - even if this means betraying Caitlin."
I recommend this film to all people who are old fashion fanatics, and if you enjoyed the movie Atonement, you will fall deeply in LOVE with this movie as I did. I must warn you it is rated R for some language, disturbing war scenes and sexuality so don't be alarmed, but I really didn't think it was that bad. I loved it!

Honey In The Sun
Five things I love at the moment:
1. Beautiful, big, fancy, and classy rooms. The one above makes me want to dress up in beautiful edwardian romantic-like dress and dance the night away!
2. Canvas satchel bags. They have some at Urban Outfitters that I'm pretty sure i will purchase soon!
3. What Would Audrey Do? is a lovely book.
4. Whitney Port & Olivia Palmero's style. If I could choose to steal somebody's wardrobe it would be theirs, I love every single outfit they wear, I never can choose an ultimate favorite.
5. Striped Ruffle Scarves! I love them! They have a lot of them available at Urban Outfitters. :)

Jackets, Jackets and more Jackets!
Once again, I am in love with the clothing of Anthropologie. I was looking through their online store today for some fall inspiration ideas and i came across their lovely jackets. Let's just say they are heavenly, classy, and simple! These are my favorite, especially the first one, I really really LOVE the first jacket. I must warn you, unfortunately as always, Anthropologie is quite pricey, but it is very well made clothing. Oh and J. Crew (Of course) also has some gorgeous jackets, but they even more expensive, but if you've got the money, that's great! They have some wonderful ideas for outfits in general on their website.
Sous le ciel de Paris!
What do you think of Leighton Meester and Blake Lively's outfits? I love them! But I would only wear them in Paris. I love Blake's outfit the most! Her outfit reminds me of something that could be in the Miss Dior Cherie's perfume commercial.
What Boots?
If it was possible, I would have tons and tons of boots! I love them so much, they are probably my favorite type of shoes right now, especially for fall. I love all three of the boots above but I only can choose one for now. I think I'm leaning towards the 1st or 2nd one. What one would you choose? If you don't like any of them, then what is your favorite type of shoe?
Why not look beautiful while sleeping?
Who said you have to look ugly when you go to bed? I'm so in love with Anthropologie's lounge & sleep clothing! The night gowns are adorable, those are my favorite white one with ruffles and the charcoal with ruffles. I think every women should have at least one beautiful/romantic sleeping outfit. They also have other really cute sweatshirts, tops, and bottoms.
